Brazil Soccer
Brazil is a place which produced the soccer stars like Pele, Ronaldo, Rhonaldinio, Kaka etc. there is a very quip about football that ‘English invented it and the Brazilians perfected it’. It only happened due to the excessive street football played in Brazil and their determination and mad pursuit after the game.
The Brazil national soccer team is supervised by the CBF or Brazil Football Confederation. They are one of the most successful football team in the history of football. Brazil soccer team has won five world cups in total, bagging the 1958, 1962, 1970 1994 and 2002 world cups. Brazil is the only team in the world which has played each and every world cup to date. They are respected as one of the strongest soccer playing nation in the world.
The earliest history of the Brazilian soccer is anything but brilliant. The national team was thrown out of the 1930 and 1934 World Cup in the very first round; however, 1938 World Cup found some signs of improvement in the game of Brazil. It finished the tournament in third place and Leonidas da Silva scored four goals, the most goals scored by a player in a game of any of the previous World Cups.

Brazil produced one of the greatest soccer players in the history of football, i.e. Pele. Pele had been awarded the titles of ‘the athlete of the century’ by the Olympic Committee and the greatest footballer in the history of the game along with Diego Maradona by FIFA. He is recognized as a national hero back in Brazil. They have bestowed him with many titles like, King of Football, The King Pele and the King. This Brazilian soccer star made Brazil famous through out the world and the world of Brazilian soccer did not football find any dearth in the amount of great players it produced since then. Although not as brilliant as the men’s team Brazil Women soccer team has produced the best results in South America. They finished third in 1999 World Cup. In 1998 and 1999 they were they runner up of the Women’s U.S. cup. They finished the 2000 Olympic Games in the fourth place and were the runners up of the 2004 Olympics.
Brazil soccer fans are known as the most enthusiastic crowd in the World Cup finals. The attractive and elegant soccer their team plays contribute a lot increasing the excitement of their fans. The players also respect their fans a lot and try to provide them with a full ninety minutes entertainment with a display of most skillful and beautiful football. Many team managers claim that the fans of any team might act as an extra player for their respective teams. This becomes certainly true for Brazil especially when they play in their home ground. Brazilian soccer team’s jersey is of two different colors. One is yellow, representing the color of their flag and the other is blue.
Thus Brazilian soccer has really been served well by its players who not only introduced some very beautiful skills in the game but also increased the fan demands which helped them monetarily.
